Our jewelry comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that provides you with all the information you need to know about your piece. You can take our gemstone to any inspection authority to verify its authenticity. A luxury gift box is included with your purchase.

Shipping Information
Malykam Jewelry provide free shipping worldwide for all orders. Your package will require a signature upon delivery.
Orders are made to order and shipped out within 2-4 weeks of the purchase date (loose gemstones can be delivered faster) unless the purchased item is tagged as Urgent, in which case the order will be shipped within 2 business days.
All packages are shipped insurance and require your signature upon delivery. Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Malykam Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping carrier. If your package is sent back to Malykam Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Returns Policy
Malykam Jewelry is handmade to order. If you’d like to return a design or you are unsure whether your jewellery can be returned, we would be happy to help you out. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item using our contact form. Please remember to know your sizes before ordering custom pieces. We will gladly adjust the size to fit you before they are finished. Items found to be damaged or defective prior to you receiving your item (and through no fault of your own) can be repaired or replaced. We will be happy to offer an exchange for something of similar or greater value. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders and final sale items. All sales are final and generally no returns or exchanges can be accepted. Item must be in unworn condition with original packaging, untaken tags, and all paperwork and certificates. 5% restocking fee may occur due to returns and exchanges.
Warranty
We will repair anything that goes wrong due to the manufacture of the ring. Wear and tear or damage caused by the wearer is not covered. The customer are responsible for shipping costs both ways for repair work. Repairs take about 2-4 weeks to complete. Our cost for repairs varies depending on the work needed.
